Homes for sale and rentals near Fort Bragg are priced just below the national average. There is a good selection of resale (lived in) and new construction homes to choose from. Majority of the homes are in neighborhoods with decent sized yards. Three and four bedrooms are the normal, along with brick or wood siding and A/C. Larger acreage is easier to find as you get into the outlying areas, although your commute to Fort Bragg will of course increase.
